Main Responsibilities:

• Guest reception: Check-in and Check-out;
• Management related to room occupancy, assignment, and sales;
• Shift supervision and coordination;
• Billing, posting, and collection of consumptions;
• Promote hotel services and handle reservations;
• Management and routing of telephone calls;
• Passing on information and pending matters to the next shift;

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation;

Requirements

• Knowledge of the PMS Inovguest (preferred);
• Team spirit, proactivity, and dynamism;
